Job Description
In a nutshell
Eurofins Group IT Controlling is looking for an IT Controller to support the Software Assets Management Department with project cost controlling, budget planning and administrative activities. Additionally, he/she will cooperate with local finance teams as well as with local controllers.
Eurofins’ Software Asset Management Department manages the key software contracts for the Eurofins network of companies. The team is responsible for the day-to-day administration of key software contracts, software license provisioning, software compliance and vendor relationship management.

We're looking for a dynamic Finance and IT Controller to join our team, responsible for budgeting, profitability analysis, reporting, and more.
Responsibilities include budget preparation, reconciliation, and supervision for assigned IT scopes. You'll conduct profitability analysis, evaluate Software Purchases, and handle monthly reporting for the Group IT Controlling team. Other duties involve contract management, serving as a contact person for business management queries, and contributing to increased transparency of IT costs.
The role encompasses controlling and compliance for Group IT costs, standardising IT costs controlling templates and processes, and managing various ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business, along with experience in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis. Knowledge of IT projects and advanced MS Excel skills are crucial.
The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, team player, and proficient in English.
