Job Description
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and present analyses of business activities including client program and business unit financial results
- Support development of annual budget and operating plan
- Maintain database of key operating; financial and client metrics
- Support transaction processing for business operations
Essential Duties:
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its clients.
- Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge Requirements:
- Analysis and Technology Tools – Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools including Excel and basic data base applications to support business operations through KPI measurement and management.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Accounting – Working knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Education/Experience:
HS Diploma, Business Analysis experience; Accounting/finance experience, Food manufacturing or food safety background
Ability and/or Skills (BMQ):
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staff
- Detail oriented with documentation

Additional Information
Eurofins employees are required by governments around the world to follow standard operating procedures that can affect IT such as how to install, maintain, update, repair and even retire equipment (KGDs/SOPs)
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Some weekends and holidays required.
