Job Description

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Support Quality Control Analytical technical writing including change controls, investigations, and documentation practices in support of GMP manufacturing activities
  • Participate in the initiation, revision, and completion of change control documentation to ensure audit readiness/compliance
  • Work closely with Quality Control Analytical laboratory personnel and cross-functional partners to fully understand and solve problems
  • Inform management on progress and concerns
  • Route materials through document management systems
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and direction
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, training requirements, cGMPs and safety standards
  • This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home but will require work onsite in Andover, MA to meet business needs

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related scientific field 
  • at least 3+ months of experience in a Pharmaceutical GMP setting
  • Have an understanding of biologics manufacturing operations
  • Ability to read and interpret SOP’s, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Must be able to identify problems and know when to solve proactively and seek advice
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Are able to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of tasks such as LIMS, SAP, and Trackwise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality assurance /investigations/change control technical writing experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client facing environment
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
