Job Description
The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project set-up and maintenance, login review, communication of analytical issues, client account maintenance, reporting, invoicing, bottle orders, client pickups, and identification of work share facilities. The role fosters and develops client relationships in support of the Laboratory mission. This individual needs to be familiar with common IH testing procedures and methods as well as the associated media and sampling devices. Additionally, the individual will manage the distribution for media and pumps to clients as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients about their specific project and sampling goals
- Discuss with client appropriate analytical methods, sampling media and techniques
- Setup projects in LIMS with client project parameters and pricing
- Manage delivery of appropriate supplies such as media and pumps to client
- Notify management to confirm capabilities and inform of project arrival and expectations
- Work with clients to facilitate seamless sample submission, reporting, and invoicing
- Arrange for sub-contracted work at appropriate facility when necessary
- Proactively updates client regarding project progress and expected completion
- Manage pump inventory ensuring appropriate functionality and calibration.
- Manage supply inventory of media and sampling supplies
- Manage set up and distribution of sampling kits
- Timely response to all e-mails, voicemails, verbal and written requests.
- Provide feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Works with clients regarding any invoicing relating issues
- Continually identify ways
- Complete regular assigned company training
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Experience working in a laboratory setting
