Job Description
How can you help us?
In a nutshell: As an intern in the controlling team at Eurofins, you will provide support to the Manufacturing and Commercial Controller on their day-to-day activities. This includes being involved in projects to improve reporting and information analysis. You will get to work with a global team from Sales, Production and Manufacturing, and get to grips with a fast-paced business environment.
Eurofins is a decentralised network of laboratories and companies. You will join the Manufacturing and Commercial Team, part of the Gold Standard Diagnostics business line.
Gold Standard Diagnostics (GSD) is an experienced developer and manufacturer of test kits, reagents and instruments.
As a Business Controller Intern, you will:
Provide support on monthly sales reports and take part in creating a global inventory and purchasing database, by communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of Power BI reporting and the quality of the data reported by maintaining the integrity of the master data tables.
Support the implementation of the Group’s purchasing tool globally.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
- Full-time compensated internship based in Madrid, Spain
- The internship should last for six months, starting in September/October 2023
- Internship agreement with your university is mandatory
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
We are looking for a profile that combines analytical skills with an interest in the fields of Information Management/IT.
Experience: Knowledge of Finance and Accounting.
Education: currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master's degree in business or finance.
Languages: fluent English (C1 or above); other languages are highly appreciated.
Technical knowledge IT: Advanced MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI.
