We are present in India as Eurofins Analytical Services India Pvt Ltd and provide a comprehensive and one-stop testing service to businesses and organizations involved in food and feed processing, Agro products, Export, Hospitality and Retail chains.

• Ensure compliance of the procedures as per Eurofins Quality Management System requirements and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Assist to ensure and enhance the management and implementation of Quality Management System in the laboratory.
• Assist to ensure Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs etc. are appropriately documented and implemented.
• Coordinate,and follow up with local authorities (NABL, FSSAI, EIC, APEDA, IOPEPC, Tea Board) for various accreditations and certifications.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of laboratory to the procedures as per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Coordinate, handle and support external audits (eg. audits from authorities, customers, etc.)
• Coordinate Proficiency Test / Inter-Laboratory Comparison activities to ensure Laboratory’s competency.
• Root cause investigation for non-conformities and customer complaints and thereby develop an adequate procedure to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate, handle and support for customer feedback
• Assist in providing quality and regulatory related advices to Sales / Laboratory team.
• Assist to coordinate for external training and provide internal training/briefing for Laboratory personnel.
• Adherence to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

• Masters in Science from recognized university/college.
• Minumum 3 years Experience in internal audit or relevant analytical laboratory testing activities is an advantage.
• Worked in Qualtity role for Food testing laboratories
• Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.

• Able to understand/knowledge of standard test method or procedures.
