Job Description

The digital transformation program senior manager will be responsible for leading a set of projects aiming at digitalizing Eurofins customer processes across different countries for one or several business lines.

She/he will be in charge of defining and delivering a strategic multi-year digital roadmap in accordance with country MDs/presidents and of achieving related business targets (mainly P&L impact).

Program Management

  • Together with the MDs/ presidents of the companies of the countries and of business lines involved, establish and communicate a clear vision for digitalizing customer processes and improving business KPIs (Net Sales, EBITAS, customer satisfaction…) across those companies.
  • Manage internal and/or external IT resources responsible for delivering the multi-year digital roadmap.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies maximizing ROI of the new digital solutions deployed.
  • Across all stakeholders, foster an environment which stimulates open communication, creativity and imagination, and engenders a team spirit in solving problems and identifying and capturing new business opportunities.

Operations & Budgets

  • Accountable for the consolidated program P&L and the targeted business KPIs improvement.
  • Will be responsible for turnaround and change management across the supported companies.
  • Overall responsibility for the quality of service and the compliance of the new digital solutions implemented.

People

  • Motivate, retain, develop and recruit excellent IT & digital resources within the program.
  • Implement strong performance culture (respect of dealdlines and budgets).

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10-15 years of working experience
  • 3-5 years leading digital transformation programs
  • International exposure is mandatory
  • Consulting experience would be a plus
  • Experience in retail/B2C or B2B2C industries required
  • TIC industry experience not required

Education

  • Business or engineer degree

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  

Languages

  • English fluent
  • Any additional European language would be a plus
