- Manage IT projects and initiatives ensuring successful delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget;
- Partner with stakeholders, including Group, Regional, and Business teams, to ensure alignment of IT projects with business objectives;
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT project management methodologies and tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with all departments across the company to support the implementation of Information Technology Solutions projects and initiatives across all Eurofins DiscoverX sites, ensuring compliance with corporate and business line level standards.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for process and system improvements based on business/user requirements and IT system functionalities.
- Participate actively in local IT deployments, including installation, customization, testing, documentation, and training of IT solutions.
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of existing and new systems to ensure they meet regulatory and business requirements, such as regulatory compliance, data integrity, IP protection, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Act as the point of contact with the Group / Regional IT Infrastructure teams, representing the business in such interactions.
- Oversee the internal IT support function and manage the support provided to end-users across the sites under scope.
- Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Participate in relevant IT workgroups and committees, such as the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Assist with inspections and audits performed by internal and/or external customers and authorities.
- Guide and support audit remediation and control gap closure activities.
- Uphold Eurofins' values and implement the Eurofins leadership standards.
Qualifications
The Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent education or experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT application systems design, development, deployment, and support;
- At least 2 years of experience in business process design and improvement, preferably in a laboratory/bioinformatics environment;
- Experience participating in international customers/projects;
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies;
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus..
- Authorization to work for any employer within the US, indefinitely, without sponsorship
The Ideal candidate would posses:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies related to IT development;
- Understanding of software design and architecture processes;
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Life Sciences industry;
- Hands-on experience with some technologies/architectures such as .Net, Java, REST, MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, Angular and JavaScript;
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools;
- Preferably, knowledge about laboratory instrument systems and their software.

Compensation range: $115,000-150,000
