Job Description

As part of the GSC Treasury Operations in Luxembourg, you will be at the heart of the Treasury Management System implementation, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, maintaining the Master Data, being involved in TMS implementation at National level, and acting as the first point of contact for TMS end-users.

The Eurofins Group has recently set up a Treasury Management System, of which you will be one of the keys users in Luxembourg. You will play a critical role in validating the transactions inputted into this system. You may also be involved in other projects, such as cash management (including cash-pool, Bank Communication Tool, etc.), at the discretion of the Group Treasury System Manager.

- Support the Group Treasury System Manager in her daily operations and TMS implementation project:
- Prepare internal and external project meetings (Eurofins teams, banks, software editors, etc.)
- Support the audit of AS IS treasury processes at National Service Centre (NSC) level
- Participate in the design and development of NSC processes
- Be a key user of the Treasury Management System (TMS) for end-users during the implementation project;
- Be a point of contact for all treasury-related questions from subsidiaries of the Eurofins Group:
- Being part of the Group Service Centre (GSC) in charge of corporate entities in the Group
- Following up on project management
- Sharing treasury policies and best practices
- Developing and maintaining all treasury-related Group guidelines.

Starting date: July / August / September 2023 for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year preferred (or 2 years for VIE).

Internship agreement from your university permitting a six-month internship/gap year internship is required.

Qualifications

Education: Business or Engineering Master’s student or recent graduate.

Languages: Excellent English, French is a plus.

IT/Technical knowledge: Strong MS Excel skills, knowledge of Treasury Line or another Treasury Management System (TMS) is a plus.

Profile: Detail oriented; strong administrative, reporting, analytical and communication skills; ability to multitask and work autonomously; curious and happy to challenge the status quo; a flair for IT systems; prior internship experience in a cash management or financing position, or a strong background in cash management or financing subjects required (cash pool, treasury systems, internal financing).
