We are looking for an engaging individual that is passionate about creating a connection point for early talent to join our Eurofins’ team! This role will support our university engagement and equality relations efforts in Talent Engagement by leading engagement with potential candidates through our internal platforms, designing content for our team, and building out new ways to connect with early talent.

• Produce and maintain communications on Eurofins’ Customer Relations Management tool(s)
• Coordinate and manage the use of created content
• Build, develop, and maintain the pre-and post-event communications
• Enhance the Eurofins brand on campus
• Develop and expand relationships with Colleges and Universities nationwide
• Balance and manage timelines with various projects
• Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and opportunities
• Create content for social media, print products, presentations, newsletters, and websites
• Working with the stakeholder team to enhance our team strategy
• Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion to provide support
• May be required to work some evenings and weekends and travel up to 25% of the time
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects

The Idea Candidate would possess:

• Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong computer, interactive web content design, and video creation with ease
• Previous experience with large volume communications, content creation, and branding
• Marketing/communications/office or similar project management experience
• Microsoft SharePoint or similar intranet web page design
• Microsoft Teams and other, virtual platform experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant education
• Program or project management experience in a corporate HR or recruiting department
• Ability to flex schedule to accommodate international calls as needed
• Dedicated remote office space free from distraction
• 1 years professional social media experience, including developing ideas, writing content, basic image editing, optimizing engagement
• Strong Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Tools: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and on-line platform tools
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with the possibility of some overtime.  This position would be remote/hybrid as needed.
