Job Description

  • Guide/educate clients through the recruiting process
  • Post positions to our Applicant Tracking System and outside job boards
  • Assist in sourcing of candidates to maintain flow of candidates
  • Direct client service interface to exceed the expectations of our internal and external clients
  • Assist with the recruiting requests and inquires
  • Schedule interviews and travel accommodations
  • Perform reference checks
  • Assist in generating candidate employment documents including offer letters and state compliance forms
  • Enter and maintain employee information in database
  • Communicate with outside teams to prepare candidate onboarding experience
  • Complete periodic audits and reporting to ensure compliance
  • Track tuition reimbursements, employee referral programs, employee reward/retention programs, etc. and enter data into excel spreadsheets

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED Equivalent , Associate Degree Preferred
  • 1 year Administrative or clerical experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
