Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for an Analytical Services Manager (ASM) to join our Chemistry team within our Food and  Water testing laboratory based in Lower Hutt and are seeking candidates for this exciting opportunity. 

The purpose of the role is the be the first point of contact for our chemistry customers.  You will be able to provide quotes, answer technical queries and assist them with their day to day requirements.   This position would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years laboratory experience who is looking for the next step in their career. 

Role Overview:

  • Promptly and efficiently respond to  customers enquiries
  • Competent and Individual support of customers
  • Coordination and control of all transaction’s relating to the customer
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring confidentiality
  • New Quotations , quote renewals and the follow-up on potential opportunities
  • Carry out technical investigations and complete investigation reports
  • Accounts Receivable Support 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or similar field
  • Experience in laboratory testing
  • Experience in customer service
