Job Description

This role plays a key part in designing and rolling out strategic workforce planning initiatives. Helps business leaders in assessing the impact on jobs, identifies capability gaps. Working closely with HR and business leaders, the role supports smart job redesign and ensures people are set up with the right skills for the future.

  • Assess critical capability requirements and emerging trends (internal and external), collaborating with HR and business leaders to address organisational gaps
  • Evaluate the impact of automation, digital tools, and modernised practices on job design, identifying capability gaps and planning targeted interventions
  • Engage with key business stakeholders and leadership on complex organisational design matters, securing alignment on sensitive restructuring and sizing strategies.
  • Focus on workforce planning process improvements, leading change management programmes and implementing strategic interventions to align structures, processes, and systems with current business objectives
  • Conduct benchmarking and analyses to advise on long-term efficiency gains and cost-effective workforce deployment across divisions, working with Financial Planning and key stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives across reward and benefits, succession planning, workforce engagement, development, and change management, fostering a high-performing culture
  • Champion capability-building initiatives focused on designing effective structures and optimising workforce costs in line with business strategy, including active participation in annual workforce planning budget cycles

Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, HR or related field
  • Min 5 years relevant experience in Organisational Design or Change Management
  • HR or Management Consulting background with strategic workforce planning experience
  • High digital literacy with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional Change Management certification or Lean Six Sigma accreditation (preferred)
