Reporting to one of the Analytics Managers and working under the guidance of the Business Engagement Partners,  you will develop and apply foundational analytical skills, supported by the wider analytics team and toolkit, to collate, clean, analyze and visualize Etihad’s enterprise data resources to help answer key business questions posed by departments across Revenue & Commercial Division to the  Analytics Team. 

This role is designed for UAE National fresh graduates and will provide structured development, hands-on learning, and exposure to real-world analytics challenges. You will be supported in developing your analytical, technical and problem-solving capabilities, to stay up-to-date with industry leading BI capabilities. 

Accountabilities 

• Working with the Analytics Manager and/or Business Engagement Partner to analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to a business problem/requirement 

• Support the execution of analytical tasks and contribute to ad-hoc analyses, working closely with senior team members to identify insights and root causes 

• Utilize SQL to interrogate raw data, uncover trends, and explain business drivers - whilst Data Visualization tools are used, the emphasis is on analysis and insight generation rather than purely dashboard production 

• Support the summarization and visualization of results, highlighting key insights for further development by senior team members 

• Maintain documentation repository of solutions, to include methodology 

• Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to approach in each analysis performed, make recommendations to wider team as to priorities for further development 

• Develop proficiency with analytical and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources through structured learning and on-the-job experience 

• Build foundational capability across Etihad’s key analytical disciplines, with the opportunity to specialize over time as experience develops 

• Collaborate with peers and learn from senior team members to build knowledge of Etihad’s enterprise data resources and analytical techniques 

• Storytelling capabilities, negotiation abilities and system thinking perspective relevant to bring value to customers through business insights. 

Education & Experience 

• Foundational SQL knowledge is preferred, with exposure through academic projects, internships, or coursework considered sufficient 

• Relevant academic exposure to analytical disciplines and techniques is advantageous 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field is required 

• No prior work experience required – this role is open to UAE National fresh graduates 

• UAE National (Emiratization role) – applicants must hold a valid UAE Family Book 

Recruitment Process

4. Finalists will be invited to complete a job-related case study and present in a final meeting with the hiring team.
