Job Description

Providing and coordinating administrative support to activities undertaken by the PV physician teams, including billable and non-billable activities. For example: 

  • Supports the Medical Group with administrative tasks such as maintaining parts of Medical Group SharePoint, tracking, storing, planning, printing and scanning documents, maintaining trackers, formatting of documents and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as applicable 

  • Organizing meetings and teleconferences for medical department members (including preparation of meeting minutes) 

  • Keeping track of the Global Workflow tracker:

  • Assisting in preparation of monthly reports and reviews

  • Other supporting activities for the physician team and head of PV Medical Group (including travel planning, registration support for external trainings and conferences, support with onboarding of new physicians) 

Qualifications

  • CV in English
     
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)

  • Some previous admin experience

  • High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documents

  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail 

  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
