Job Description

  • General office and administrative work and duties;
  • To be contact person for various suppliers and service providers
  • Keeping and updating of various records
  • Performing domestic and foreign payments
  • Collecting and submitting documentation to the external accounting agency
  • Collecting and recording data for payroll
  • Preparation of various reports for management needs
  • Travel arrangements (hotel accommodation, transfers, etc)
  • Reception of guests and clients and taking care of them during visits
  • Assisting in activities related to the organisation of diverse events (meetings of working groups, presentations, team buildings)

Qualifications

At least secondary education

Previous experience in similar roles

English speaking and writing skills - B2 level

Excel - advanced level
