o   Reports to the Finance team on the status of projects;

o   Ensures that monthly revenue reporting reflects the current status of the project and highlights / explains differences from forecasts;

o   Assists project managers and members of operational project teams with an understanding of project profitability and supports initiatives to achieve better margins including changing orders / contracts, managing resources and deadlines;

o   Preparation of forecasts of monthly residual values ​​of current projects;

o   Preparation of a monthly report “Summary of Project Reports” for the head of the PM group;

o   Preparation of estimates related to forecasting the resources needed to monitor projects according to budget expectations;

o   Clinical study budget process management. Actively assists in communicating budgeting guidelines for members of the operational project team;

o   Actively assists management in managing user requirements regarding financial reporting by clinical studies;

o   Develops a schedule of payments under contracts and monitors cash inflows over the life of the project;

o   Supervision and training of Project Analysts for independent work.

Degree Educated

Demonstrated experience in Project Finance for a global company
