Job Description
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager/Job Developer, working with justice-involved individuals or other adults facing barriers to employment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employers committed to supporting justice-involved candidates.
- Familiarity with legal issues related to employment for justice-involved individuals (e.g., expungement, record sealing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal resources for justice-involved individuals.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
