Job Description

  • Provides and arranges for transportation of clients outlined in the case plan on a timely basis.
  • Adheres to all deadlines for documentation. - Reports incidents of abuse and neglect according to federal, state, and local standards.
  • Projects a positive attitude and/or enthusiasm for the job, program and the agency to others, and supports others in developing a positive outlook for the agency.
  • Consistently exhibits a quest for excellence, striving to constantly improved and develop more efficient systems that produce an improved level of service.
  • Coordinates all appointments.
  • Collects logs weekly for each client. - Coordinates schedule for drivers
  • Coordinates billing, submits billing.
  • Maintains document records for billing.
  • Coordinates standing orders for any new clients.
  • Breaks down dollar amounts daily for each client.
  • Reviews census of logs to ensure billing is correct.
  •  Completes weekly billing amounts to the finance department.
  •  Monitor vehicle maintenance.
  • Other duties assigned.  

Qualifications

  •  Supervisory Experience.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to company.
  • Capable to working responsibly with highly confidential information and of maintaining composure under duress.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of computers and software, including word, excel, email and other usual and customary office programs.
  • Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by Company and/ or state regulations.
  •  College degree and valid  Driver's License.
