Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, United States. As a key member of our Operational team, you will play a crucial role in client engagement, community outreach, and program management.

  • Greet clients professionally and manage the reception area with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage client information in the database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients who miss their scheduled visits
  • Assist with new participant orientations and prepare informational materials and packets
  • Respond to business phone calls, directing callers to appropriate staff and returning voicemail messages within 24 hours
  • Generate reports and gather data to support management decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance company efficiency
  • Manage and direct office communications effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and program delivery

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; higher education is a plus
  • 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in database management and CRM software
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable
  • Access to reliable transportation for local travel within the Atlanta area
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Goal-oriented approach with the ability to see projects through to completion
