Job Description

As the Manager, Local Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for executing local marketing campaigns and initiatives across Equinox’s full club portfolio, spanning presale, renovations and special projects, and local marketing more broadly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for club teams on all local marketing requests and needs, partnering closely with cross-functional marketing teams to bring campaigns to life. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Focus Club Marketing, and work closely with the Senior Director, Local Marketing, to help translate club-level marketing requests into data-informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives across presale, renovations and special projects, and local marketing for clubs throughout the portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for club teams across the portfolio for all local marketing requests, questions, and needs
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Strategic Focus Club Marketing and Senior Director, Local Marketing to evaluate challenges raised by club teams (e.g., lead generation, awareness, retention) and help build and execute relevant hyper local strategies to address those challenges
  • Maintain relationships with in-club teams (general/associate managers, membership advisors, RVPs) to support execution of local marketing initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams, including growth, digital, brand, and social, to execute campaigns at the local level
  • Manage the Local Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spend across the portfolio
  • Track campaign performance and share regular reporting with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in local marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a multi-location portfolio
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort serving as a point of contact for field teams
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Pay Transparency: $120K - $130K
