Job Description

Equinox is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing — Ancillary Offerings to lead integrated marketing strategy for a portfolio of member offerings including Spa, Personal Training, Pilates, and Group Fitness.

These offerings sit at the heart of the Equinox experience and represent significant opportunities to deepen member engagement while increasing revenue per member. This role will translate business priorities into integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and repeat engagement across the member lifecycle.

The Senior Manager will partner closely with leaders across each ancillary business to bring these offerings to life through coordinated marketing across CRM, digital product surfaces, in-club environments, social, and experiential programming.

This is a highly cross-functional role with significant visibility across the organization, working closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Digital Product, and Field Operations to deliver cohesive member-facing marketing that reflects the premium Equinox brand.

Success in this role will be measured by increased adoption of ancillary offerings, stronger member engagement, and growth in revenue per member.

Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy — Ancillary Offerings

  • Serve as the marketing lead for a portfolio of Equinox ancillary offerings including Spa, Personal Training, Pilates, and Group Fitness.
  • Partner with business leaders to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with members.
  • Translate commercial priorities into integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, trial, and repeat engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase participation across the member lifecycle from onboarding through long-tenured membership.
  • Develop seasonal and culturally relevant marketing moments that elevate these offerings as essential components of the Equinox lifestyle.

Go-to-Market Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end marketing activation for new programs, initiatives, and offerings across the ancillary portfolio.
  • Bring offerings to life across multiple member touchpoints including:
  • Member email and CRM campaigns
  • In-club marketing and signage
  • Digital product surfaces and the Equinox app
  • Social and content integration
  • Experiential programming and club activations
  • Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure all assets meet the premium standards of the Equinox brand.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Member Lifecycle & Engagement Strategy

  • Partner with Growth and CRM teams to design lifecycle marketing strategies that increase trial and repeat engagement.
  • Identify key moments within the member journey to introduce or deepen engagement with ancillary offerings.
  • Develop marketing strategies that increase member lifetime value through deeper participation in Equinox experiences.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to leaders across Spa, Personal Training, Pilates, and Group Fitness.
  • Align marketing initiatives with operational priorities and revenue goals.
  • Navigate cross-functional workflows across Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Digital Product, and Field Operations.
  • Communicate marketing strategy, priorities, and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness across ancillary offerings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and member engagement to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption and revenue through improved messaging, timing, and channel strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or related roles
  • Experience working in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working in Monday.com or similar project management platforms strongly preferred
  • Passion for the intersection of performance, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle

Pay Transparency: Min $145k - Max $155k
