SoulCycle seeks an IT Engineer to join a small team dedicated to: improving and maintaining our IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies that serve our employees and create new experiences for our customers. Our new IT Engineer will contribute to an unprecedented transformation of our studios, and will be presented with the opportunity to conceptualize, design, and oversee the roll-out of changes to our 90+ locations. IT Engineers work closely with our IT Operations team members, providing them with support tools and instruction to ensure their continued success and growth, and troubleshooting escalated issues alongside them. They are responsible for the systems that provision and maintain our clients and servers, and administer the technologies that keep SoulCycle running.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining internal application servers that run a range of services, including identity management, client configuration and maintenance, file sharing, SFTP, and log collection
• Maintaining and improving network infrastructure at our corporate offices and studios
• Ensuring that our networks and clients are securely configured and PCI compliant
• Keeping clients updated and configured via management tools
• Helping to improve and carry out processes that ensure PCI compliance, such as internal and external scans and vulnerability remediations, and helping to collect and submit PCI documentation annually
• Monitoring our systems and networks for security concerns and operational issues
• Planning and overseeing the rollout of changes to our 90+ locations
• Creating policies and frameworks that empower our users and peers on the IT team
• Establishing and managing integrations with 3rd-party platforms

• Experience administering IT infrastructure, including:
  •  Identity Management
  • Client configuration, patching, and imaging tools
  • Networks: firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPN, network services and segmentation
  • File sharing
  • Monitoring tools
• Experience working closely with an IT support team, providing tools and instruction.
• Experience with scripting (bash, Powershell, etc.) and working with webhooks and APIs
•  Experience troubleshooting problems with servers, clients, networks
• Experience managing IT projects, i.e. large scale hardware roll-outs or network changes
• Experience with IT security systems and processes
