Join Our Team at Epworth Freemasons!
We’re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for experienced Grade 3 Physiotherapists with a passion for pelvic health to join our acute physiotherapy service on the maternity ward at Epworth Freemasons. We are seeking part‑time and/or casual staff, with available shifts on Thursdays from 08:00–12:30 and Fridays from 08:00–12:30.
In this senior clinical role, you’ll bring your expertise in acute inpatient pelvic health physiotherapy to support women throughout their maternity journey. You’ll play a key role as a valued clinical leader within a high‑performing multidisciplinary team - contributing to exceptional patient care while also driving service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives.

- Using your senior clinical expertise to influence practice and improve services
- Leading and supporting physiotherapists, allied health assistants, and students through effective, results‑driven leadership
- Working within a supportive, highly engaged allied health team
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a physiotherapist
- Strong pelvic health expertise, including experience within an acute maternity inpatient setting
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Well‑developed leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring staff and students
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Relevant post‑graduate qualifications (desirable) or a commitment to completing further study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time‑management and organisational abilities
- A genuine passion for patient‑centred care and achieving high‑quality clinical outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Council
- Current physiotherapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
