Job Description

Epworth HealthCare is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Patient Revenue Officer – Billing to join our busy and supportive team based at our Epworth Corporate offices in Richmond.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate billing of inpatient, outpatient and medical services accounts. You will work as part of a collaborative team of 10 billing professionals, contributing to the achievement of individual and team KPIs focused on efficient and accurate billing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely billing of inpatient, outpatient and medical services
  • Ensuring compliance with billing requirements and internal processes
  • Working collaboratively within the billing team to meet KPIs
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required

You will have:

  • Previous billing experience in the health sector (experience using iPM is highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time position, 38 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Start time between 8:00am or 9:00am
  • Based at Epworth Corporate, Richmond Pelaco
  • Work from home options available once fully trained
