Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for forecasting and budgeting processes along with assisting the Regional Finance Director with all aspects of financial and operating reporting. The position will have high exposure to senior management and provide visibility into the entire organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with senior management to manage the forecasting process for every segment of business operations. Maintain a multi-year rolling forecast model that is coordinated with the GL and Budget.
- Direct preparation of the annual budget and budget tracking reports. Review actuals with management and provide an analysis of variances
- Provide financial and operational performance trends via detailed monthly reporting packages.
- Involved in due diligence analysis for acquisitions and new business ventures. Seamless modeling of financials into current business structure. Participate in the integration of acquired business into the company’s operations.
- Support major Company investment opportunities such as capital investments, corporate partnerships and strategic alliances by leading the financial analysis of such opportunities.
- Partner with Accounting management to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the accounting and finance functions, including the development and management of all internal and external financial reports.
- Liaise with the Operating Departments. Assist management with understanding and managing key performance metrics and managing the costs of the business. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards to monitor the business specifically with regard to efficiency, profitability and time and resource management.
- Complete ad hoc projects.
- Performs related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor.
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Qualifications
Functional Skills Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Demonstrated experience using Excel to build and maintain complex financial models and perform financial and data analysis.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required.
- Experience with controls and procedures is a plus.
