Job Description
Sales & Profit Optimization: Provide strategic direction to achieve operational and financial goals
- Ensuring the mission, goals, strategies, and plans of the Company are clearly defined and adhered to
- To ensure accurate Budgeting, forecasting, and Revenue Management activities
- To set the annual budget and deliver the revenue.
- Driving and identifying strategic initiatives in core processes
- Driving the development of the brand and the company value proposition.
- Managing the overall portfolio and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
- Overseeing the approval of all CAPEX projects
- Supporting the UK Office on strategic business development and related key corporate planning
- Driving strategic projects
Strategic Leadership, People Development, and Supervision:
- Create an inclusive culture of learning application and high performance through talent acquisition, and developing, coaching, and holding your team accountable
Qualifications
- BCom/ Business Related Degree/ Master’s Degree in Business related field will be an added Advantage
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Senior Management experience in similar industry.
- Ability to analyze and synopsize a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts. Proficient in the use of hotel property management system.
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key team members, management team, and customer groups.
- Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce including both sales and operations.
- Good understanding of Aluminum industry
- Proven business and commercial acumen with strong financial management ability
