Job Description

Purpose of the Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge learning solutions for a global audience. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Ethics Engagement Manager in the design, development, and continuous improvement of Entain’s ethics and compliance learning and engagement programme. You will be instrumental in helping Entain achieve its strategic objectives in a compliant and ethical way, in line with its Code of Conduct and values, as well as achieving our vision of a best-in-class ethics and compliance programme. You’ll be involved in setting the design approach of learning and engagement content and creating cutting-edge digital learning experience for our colleagues. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360 and other authoring tools.
  • Implement advanced Storyline features including:
    • Custom variables and triggers
    • JavaScript for enhanced interactivity
    • API integrations for dynamic content or data exchange
  • Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and project stakeholders to interpret learning objectives into compelling digital experiences.
  • Ensure seamless LMS integration (SCORM), testing, and deployment.
  • Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
  • Work independently to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Proactively identify learning challenges and propose creative, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Support in creating innovative and engaging learning materials (e.g. eLearning, infographics, micro-modules, animations, videos, toolkits etc) to increase engagement with the ethics and compliance programme.
  • Keep up to date with best practice and technological developments in learning and development to implement innovative solutions.
  • Support in tracking learner satisfaction and experience and the impact of our learning and engagement strategy to measure our success.

 

Essential:

  • Digital Learning Development: Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality digital learning solutions including eLearning courses, interactive modules and video content.
  • Instructional Design: Ability to write scenarios, scripts, and learning content from complex source information. Ability to write and analyse assessments and knowledge check questions.
  • Technical expertise: Thorough knowledge of using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, as well as use of variables, complex branching and use of java script to enable LMS reporting on interactions and learner inputs. Strong skills in using multi-media software to create layouts and graphics and produce various formats including video, animations, audio etc. Experience in graphic design and animations is beneficial but not essential
  • Creativity and innovation: Ability to transform complex technical and legal content into engaging and accessible learning experience tailored to diverse audiences across the globe. Understand and use AI as and where needed.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with Legal experts and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and create impactful learning solutions that align with the business objectives
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to content accuracy, design, consistency, and user experience to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Adaptability and Problem-solving: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities, identifying creative ways to resolve complex asks, and troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise. Understand in-house LMS capabilities and limitations and be resourceful in creating creative solutions to navigate limitations and reporting requirements.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Qualified to degree level
  • Experience in compliance training.
  • Willingness to continuously learn on the job and improve the overall experience our learning products provide.
  • Additional qualifications in relation to design, communications, learning design or content development.
  • Experience working at a global and/or regulated company.
  • Available to start at the earliest opportunity.
