Job Description

As a Certification Executive you will play a key role in the Entain Studios Operations team, spearheading the Certification process.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, as a Certification Executive Your key responsibilities will be to work alongside our In-House studios, Test Houses, and Compliance teams to ensure the Games Roadmap and deliveries are certified and submitted to Regulators for approval in all our markets and US states.

The role also includes responsibility on ensuring an audit trail is maintained by recording and documenting all submissions, and certification cycles, along the way.

This role requires attention to detail, strong planning skills, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Act as the point of contact for Entain Studios for all certification submissions, approvals, and certification roadmap for all in house products
  • Work with Entain Studios, In House Operations, Compliance & RNG product teams to deliver the certification roadmap for Entain Studios
  • Assist in the collation, preparation and submission of documents, records and requested items for all internal and external audits  
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity for certification and regulatory approval tasks
  • Provide support for Entain Studios certification by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data for certification and Regulator cycles to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and costs per studios, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement for Entain Studios
  • Liaise with Studio stakeholders and Test Houses to facilitate communication, submissions, and track deliverables to ensure adherence to agreements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and procedural manuals to support certification activities and compliance requirements
  • Assist in Operational activities within the Entain Studios Operations team ensuring high quality delivery of tasks and deliverables from each activity

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of project/delivery tracking
  • Adaptability to changing requirements with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience of communicating with multi-level stake holders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of gambling regulations in the UK & other EU jurisdictions.
  • Previous experience working with Test Houses and 3rd party suppliers in the Gaming Industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of Jira and Confluence systems, and processes
