• Infrastructure Support: Provides 7 x 24 IT infrastructure support as part of the regular on-call rotation.
• Troubleshooting: May provide technical leadership and guidance to more junior team members. Performs troubleshooting and resolution on networks.
• Maintenance: Repairs, upgrades, and provides preventative maintenance on nearly all technologies in the production environment. Proactively monitors all platforms, ensuring uptime, performance, and service levels are always maintained for all production networks.
• Process Improvement: Assists in Creating new processes for better support and training. Creating new automation to reduce human error. Innovate on technology.
• Testing: Participates in Business continuity testing and execution.
• Incident Support: Supports the incident management processes. Able to monitor ticket queues and resolve production performance, server, and application related issues to ensure the restoration of the environment.
• Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.


• Minimum Formal Education Required for this Position:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Networks, or related technical field of study.
  
  Minimum Work Experience:
  • 2+ years' combined experience related to network administration. required
  
  Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of "Knowledge Consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 2+ years' of accounting experience? could be substituted for a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a Master's Degree in Accounting and 0 years of work experience
  
  
  Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with specific ability to translate detailed technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in regulations and best practices for technical deployments in a financial industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge in networking, security, networks administration, Disaster Recovery, and/or server management.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT networks/data security as it relates to financial institutions or other industries that must comply with federal regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  
  Certifications Required:
  • MCSE, MCSA, VMware VCP, CCNA, or certifications awarded on installed application. preferred

The salary range for this position is: $80,475 to $105,617 (IT-15). This position is eligible for our annual corporate bonus program.
