Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist - German Speaker to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer-related tasks with precision and professionalism. Key responsibilities include maintaining data in Salesforce and Excel, revising protocols for portfolio management, verifying invoices, and contacting customers regarding overdue payments. You will also collect and organize documents from customers through email and phone communication.
The ideal candidate speaks German, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working independently in a structured environment, this position is a great fit for you.
Qualifications
Tasks Description:
- Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and Excel.
- Revise customer protocols and prepare documentation for portfolio management.
- Verify and validate invoices for accuracy.
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect required documents from customers via email and phone communication.
Skills and Requirements:
- Speak in German C1 level for professional communication via email and phone.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner, adept at mastering new systems, including Salesforce and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Working Hours 09:00-18:00(Monday-Friday)
- Salary gross Yearly 1.250.000(Bruto Vjetore) + Bonus gross yearly 150.000(Bruto Vjetore)
