We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and guide a small group of employees, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, providing feedback, and motivating your team to meet objectives and exceed expectations. Your leadership skills will help foster a positive work environment, promoting collaboration and accountability within the team.

Your tasks:

• You support the coordination of tasks within our meter exchange quality management team
• You motivate and inspire the team members and support them to do their tasks successfully
• Together with the team, you ensure the achievement of our department goals
• you make a significant contribution to achieving our KPIs and are largely responsible for achieving our monthly targets by working closely together with your colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (already graduated).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English Language is a must (minimum B2 level)
• German language is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
