Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • By managing full-cycle recruitment, you’ll ensure we attract and hire top-tech talent efficiently and effectively. 

  • Through close collaboration with hiring managers, you’ll empower and educate them to align recruitment strategies with the specific needs of our technical teams. 

  • By building and nurturing a strong and diverse talent pipeline, you’ll keep us connected with the best candidates in the tech field. 

  • By fostering strong relationships with your team, you’ll create a collaborative environment where everyone works toward the same hiring goals. 

  • By collaborating on exciting projects, you’ll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in technology e2e hiring in a dynamic scale-up environment (previous sourcing, and coordination experiences are a plus) 

  • Proficiency with ATS, and experience in Smart Recruiters being a plus. 

  • A strong sense of ownership, the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, and a drive to find solutions. 

  • Experience delivering TA projects in scaleup organizations. 

  • A passion for continuous improvement and inspiring those around you to excel. 

  • Proven success in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively push hiring managers for the best outcomes. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in English (German is a plus).
