Enpal is seeking a person to join as a Team Lead for the Italian market. The initial role involves hands-on operational tasks. Over the following months, the successful candidate will build and lead their own team.

You're the key player ensuring our customer information is accurate and reliable.

Compensation:

• Salary ranging from a minimum of 878,645 ALL gross annually
• Additional bonus potential of up to 200,000 ALL gross annually

The job is on-site, based in Tirana at the Zayed Business Center.

Requirements:

• Leadership skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience in team management
• Proficiency in English and Italian (business fluent)
• Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to handle precise work
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Understanding of accurate management of sensitive data

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in a back-office role
• Familiarity with legal texts and documents
• Experience with document verification and validation processes
• Exposure to credit check procedures and knowledge of relevant Italian credit reporting systems
