• You will ensure that we are reaching the key milestones for our Ukrainian ummigration efforts
• You will drive new projects within our academy together with the EMG International Sourcing Leadership
• You will deep dive into our KPIs to identify where the greatest potential for improvement exists
• You will experience what it means to build up an independent entity from scratch and scale it to size within a year
• You will initiate and take full ownership of strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively
• You will implement and optimize process flows that ensure a continuously improving training of our employees

• You have a very successful Bachelor/Master degree from a business school/ university
• You have first work experience or internships in a fast growing company such as startups or in a management consultancy/consulting firm
• You excel at working in an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented manner
• You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• You have a keen interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things
• You have a goal oriented work ethic, high level of proactivity and sense of responsibility
• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as implementing a 100% approach when working on important tasks
• You set high quality standards for yourself and others and have a can-do mentality that motivates others
• You speak Ukrainian and English fluently, German is a plus
