As part of the Endeavour family, Pinnacle Drinks plays a pivotal role in designing, crafting, and delivering high-quality, innovative beverage brands that our customers love. From craft spirits and RTDs (Ready to Drink) to award-winning wines, we combine entrepreneurial spirit with commercial excellence.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Spirits & RTD to step into a high-impact, 7-month fixed-term contract based in our modern Barangaroo office. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Retail and Sourcing, you will serve as a key commercial partner to operational leaders and Business Development Managers.

In this role, you’ll dig into the details to deliver accurate, high-value financial reporting, deep-dive category insights, and robust scenario modeling. If you love translating complex data into strategic direction and driving value across P&L, BDF, and working capital, this is your chance to make a lasting imprint.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Business partner directly with Business Development Managers and key stakeholders to drive target realization and performance.
• Lead end-to-end budget and forecast processes for the Spirits & RTD category while maintaining an independent, strategic view on key metrics (sales growth, COGS drivers, GP, and product mix).
• Perform deep dives on portfolio performance against plan and prior year—evaluating promotional effectiveness, buy/sell side GP impacts, FX fluctuations, and transfer pricing drivers.
• Present weekly sales performance, monthly Business Performance Reviews (BPRs), and ad-hoc commercial insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario analysis and commercial modeling to unlock and evaluate potential business and growth opportunities.
• Champion automated and enhanced reporting solutions, bringing stakeholders along to drive seamless tool adoption.

Now let’s talk about you: 

We’re more about attitude, energy, and genuine capability than just ticking boxes, but to succeed in this contract role, you will ideally bring:

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with CA / CPA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of overall finance experience, including at least 3 years in commercial finance.
• Proven track record of P&L management, driving sustainable value, and navigating dynamic or disrupted environments.
• Advanced Excel capability with strong proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP BI, and Google Sheets.
• Sharp analytical capabilities with high attention to detail—able to simplify large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Authentic, pragmatic, and resilient under pressure, with exceptional communication skills to influence complex stakeholder environments.
• Prior experience in retail, drinks, or adjacent fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
