We are seeking a visionary Publican to lead this stunning, modern powerhouse into its next chapter. From managing the high-energy atmosphere of our premier sports bar and family-centric bistro to overseeing the sophisticated vibe of The Terrace, this is an opportunity to put your stamp on a premier Northern Beaches landmark. If you are a high-performance leader with a passion for world-class hospitality and community connection, your new "local" is waiting.

A day in the life of a Publican:

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
