Job Description
Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that enable business efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. We specialize in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), IT Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet solutions, and InsurTech platforms.
As a Power Platform Technical Lead at Endava, you will design, develop, and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated business applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Architect and implement Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and custom Power Platform components.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, intranets, third-party applications, and cloud services.
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and development best practices aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend the optimal balance between out-of-the-box platform capabilities and custom development.
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing strategies, governance, and adherence to security and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), CI/CD, DevOps practices, and environment management across Power Platform implementations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to developers and consultants within the team.
- Support project planning, technical estimations, risk identification, and technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Power Platform practice.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and software design principles.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Extensive experience with:
- Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Platform governance and administration
- Custom connectors, plugins, workflows, and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture, capabilities, and extensibility.
- Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and defining technical architectures.
- Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps, Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies such as SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns, including REST APIs, Service Bus, Logic Apps, SSIS, Scribe, or BizTalk.
- Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, Solution Lead, or Architecture role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and leadership skills.
