Job Description

  • AI product management and delivery of value realization for People Services, Finance, and Procurement business lanes (Sourcing and Selection & Supplier Spend Intelligence/ SpendIQ).
  • Provide regular status updates on AI-related milestones, risks / blockers, delivery, and value realization progress to product and IT leadership, business boundary partners, and other stakeholders. Key tasks include providing weekly sprint content updates, updating executive communication and project plans, and ensuring alignment across multiple business lanes.
  • Partner with People Services Transformation and Project Management teams, HRIS, and technology teams with ownership of AI product management (discovery, requirements, launch, and lifecycle) to improve recruiting workflows, hiring retention, and maximize value realization.
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance, AI Product / IT / Technology teams, with ownership of AI product (discovery, requirements, launch, and lifecycle) to deliver an internal intelligent spend tool that identifies areas of opportunity to reduce supplier spend.
  • Track and report progress toward product OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), aligning outcomes to agreed value metrics.
  • Interface between business and technical teams for product discovery, prototype building, pilots, scaled rollouts, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage / update Atlas AI product roadmap for two initiatives.
  • Lead projects through required governance and approvals. Regulatory, and Privacy) to support responsible AI delivery.
  • Collaborate with AI, data science, and engineering teams to define use cases, deploy AI / ML models, and improve accuracy, performance, and scalability over time.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in AI to inform product strategy, innovation, and deployment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be local to Denver, CO.
  • 8+ years of product management or related technical experience, with 3+ years in a Product Manager role.
  • 3+ years of Agile product development experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and common model lifecycle considerations (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
  • Background in finance/procurement/HR systems and AI. 
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of AI, HIPAA and healthcare privacy safeguards.

Preferred:

  • Agentic AI product management and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
  • Deploying machine learning, data mining, and predictive modeling into enterprise workflows.
  • People Services/HR/Talent Acquisition processes and technologies.
  • Finance, accounting, and/or procurement processes and technologies.
  • Clinical data management systems.
  • Designing and deploying generative and agentic AI solutions within enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with TargetProcess
