Job Description
Talent Development (70%)
- Institutionalize OKRs across the organization and program-manage these principles to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring talent initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives.
- Conduct surveys and semi-structured interviews with key employees to assess HR capability, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Identify the Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (SKAs) required for each role and build progressive career pathways.
- Facilitate Talent Reviews and establish governance frameworks to ensure effective execution of talent management initiatives.
- Evaluate existing competency frameworks and develop a comprehensive Learning & Development ecosystem to support current and future business needs.
- Drive Quarterly 9-Box Talent Reviews, identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees, and build succession plans for critical positions.
- Design and implement talent lifecycle programs from onboarding through 30-60-90-day development plans, linking employee goals to business objectives.
- Develop technical and leadership career pathways and implement initiatives to improve employee retention and career growth.
- Analyze attrition trends and proactively recommend retention, recognition, and development programs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions.
- Support leadership development and organizational capability-building initiatives.
Talent Engagement (30%)
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to gather insights and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and drive Employee Wellness and Engagement calendars, ensuring successful execution of planned activities.
- Facilitate Talent Council discussions and Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives to drive employee participation and inclusion.
- Partner with leadership teams to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and engagement programs.
- Track engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Essential
- MBA from a reputed institution (Mandatory).
- Engineering Graduate preferred (Not Mandatory).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organization Development, or related HR roles.
- Experience in succession planning, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and talent assessment tools.
Preferred
- Certifications in HR Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Advanced Excel.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or Shared Services environment.
- Exposure to HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
