Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized HR Officer to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting our organization's workforce development and employee satisfaction.

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kuwait labor laws and organizational policies
  • Administer payroll processes, benefits programs, and employee compensation in coordination with relevant departments
  • Support performance management activities, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure organizational compliance with local employment regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficient interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports
