Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional with strong exposure to implementing, managing, and optimizing Human Resource Information Systems across the Middle East region. The candidate will be responsible for HR systems administration, process automation, reporting, analytics, data governance, and supporting HR digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
- Lead HRIS implementation, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Configure HR modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, and Payroll interfaces.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across HR systems.
- Support payroll integration and statutory compliance requirements across GCC countries.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Drive automation and digital HR transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Understanding of GCC labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additional Information
- Experience working across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
- HRIS implementation or transformation project experience.
- Exposure to multinational engineering, consulting, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or Oracle/SAP certifications.
