Company Description

Egis is a leading global consulting, construction engineering and operating firm. We work together with our clients across every aspect of the built environment, transport and energy to build a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient world. The Egis Group has more than 50 years of experience and a team of 23,500 employees across more than 70 countries. Joining our Group means, above all, sharing our values as a people-first company, strongly committed to sustainability and innovation.

Egis is a leader in infrastructure engineering, planning, and management, working to sustain efficient commercial operations while working with multiple third-party partners. As Egis expands its service delivery across the UK, Ireland, and broader European markets, we are committed to becoming the engineering partner of choice while also expanding our talented team. At Egis, we prioritise our people, and to enhance our nuclear capabilities, we are seeking to recruit a skilled Head of Digital Capability to join the Energy and Sustainable Cities Business Line.

The Head of Digital Capability will lead the development and delivery of digital capability across Egis Nuclear UK, ensuring that projects are supported by robust BIM processes, reliable information management, data-driven reporting, automation and emerging AI-enabled methods.

The role will support the successful delivery of current major nuclear projects, including Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C, with a particular focus on BIM coordination, 3D modelling, 3D reinforcement modelling, model assurance and digital delivery governance.

Forming part of the Nuclear UK Capability Leadership Team, the Head of Digital Capability is responsible for defining and delivering Egis Nuclear UK’s digital engineering strategy, ensuring that digital tools, data and ways of working are embedded consistently across all contracts – from existing projects on Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C and Nuclear Waste Management & Decommissioning, through to emerging SMR/AMR, Fusion and Defence sector opportunities.

Beyond current delivery, the role will build a future-facing digital capability that helps Egis Nuclear UK differentiate its offer to clients, improve productivity, and create a recognised centre of excellence for digital engineering in the UK nuclear market.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business with significant growth ambitions and shape a capability from the ground up.

You'll have the freedom to influence strategy, the support to build a team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on some of the UK's most complex and nationally significant infrastructure programmes.

If you're a visionary digital leader who wants to build, innovate and leave a lasting legacy, we'd love to hear from you.
