Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program/Scheduler to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing program schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining accurate scheduling documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Develop, maintain, and update program schedules using scheduling software and project management tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather scheduling requirements and resolve conflicts
- Monitor program timelines and track progress against established schedules
- Manage calendar systems and ensure accurate scheduling of meetings, events, and program activities
- Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and documentation to stakeholders
- Identify scheduling risks and propose solutions to maintain program efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of program schedules and related documentation
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant team members in a timely manner
- Support program managers with data entry, analysis, and scheduling optimization
- Ensure compliance with organizational scheduling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proficiency with scheduling software and project management tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
