Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Landscape Modeler with 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate landscape models, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with architects, landscape designers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements.
- Develop detailed landscape BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
- Prepare landscape plans, layouts, hardscape, softscape, planting plans, and detailed drawings.
- Develop 3D models and coordinate landscape elements with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, details, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
- Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and documentation tasks.

Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in landscape modeling and documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant BIM/modeling software such as Revit.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM coordination processes.
- Good understanding of landscape design elements, including hardscape, softscape, planting, and site development.
- Experience working on commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, or large-scale developments is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
