Job Description

  • Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit MEP based on design drawings and project specifications.
  • Model HVAC systems including:
    • Air Conditioning Systems
    • Chilled Water Systems
    • Ventilation Systems
    • Smoke Extraction Systems
    • Fresh Air Systems
    • Exhaust Air Systems
    • Ductwork and Piping
  • Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, schedules, and construction/shop drawings.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
  • Update BIM models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
  • Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper file management.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model caonflicts.
  • Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in BIM HVAC Modelling.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, airports, industrial, hospitality, metro, or mixed-use projects.
