Job Description
- Prepare detailed 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit as per project requirements.
- Develop structural models for RCC, Steel, Composite, and Precast structures.
- Create General Arrangement (GA) drawings, reinforcement detailing, sections, elevations, and fabrication drawings.
- Produce construction documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Ensure models comply with client BIM standards, project specifications, and international drafting standards.
- Update models based on design revisions and engineer comments.
- Maintain BIM data integrity and proper file management.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams during design development.
- Perform quantity take-offs and extraction of schedules from BIM models when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in BIM Structural Modelling.
- Experience in buildings, commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, airport, metro, or infrastructure projects.
