Job Description
- Provide PM oversight on airport design projects.
- Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop strong professional relationships.
- Perform coordination between different elements of buildings design and special airports systems
- Deal and coordinate with architects and designers
- Internal coordination with project delivery teams
- Setting up the inter department agreements for projects
- Setting up and managing sub consultant agreements
- Organizing and minuting meetings both internal and with Clients
- Analyzing resources available versus needed
- Set up program for project and regular updates
- Preparing monthly reports of progress updates
- Preparing presentations for progress meetings in coordination with delivery teams
- Setting up financial structure of project with supervision of project director
- Following up on financial project performance with supervision of project director
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant architecture or engineering discipline
- Proven aviation/airport design experience including project management responsibility
- Experience with CAA design standards, procedures, and policies prefered
- Must have excellent communication and client relation skills
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to deal with confidential company matters
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint). · Autocad and BIM user
