Job Description
We are seeking a proactive administrator to join our Sunshine Coast Urban Development team. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your personal and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.
- Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.
- Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
- Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.
- Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
- Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or administration role
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A team player who takes initiative.
