Job Description
- Develop and maintain comprehensive live dashboards (Power BI / Excel) for RTA contract Key Performance Indicators.
- Meticulously monitor and report progress across all Northern UAE projects (D3, JA, B3N, PBC, FBLS, and others).
- Implement stringent measures to expedite JMS signing and Work Order closures by Project Managers and engineers.
- Spearhead the closure of legacy projects, including B2/D2, ensuring 100% completion through rigorous coordination of remaining deliverables and enforcing accountability across teams.
- Function as the primary liaison with RTA for critical performance updates and reporting.
- Conduct and preside over monthly client review meetings, critically assessing progress challenges and implementing robust solutions.
- Orchestrate the comprehensive reorganisation of RTA-owned spare parts under our custody, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Compile and present a detailed monthly performance pack for executive review, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement and oversee the rigorous application of 5S Methodology across all stores and inventory points to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:
- Provide authoritative leadership to a team of Performance Controllers.
- Institute a structured framework for task assignments, professional development, and performance evaluation.
Key Interfaces:
- Internal: Division Director, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Store Managers, Procurement, Finance
- External: RTA Performance Teams, Auditors, Subcontractors
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure or maintenance project management
- Demonstrated proficiency in project controls, data analytics, and dashboard creation (Excel / Power BI)
- Extensive experience in public sector projects (highly advantageous)
- Proven track record in RTA Maintenance projects (non-negotiable)
- Fluency in Arabic (required)
- Professional-level English language skills (required)
- Working knowledge of French (significant advantage)
